Cabbage Peas (vegetable)
This is a green vegetable which is usually mede at home and served with chapati.It contains lot of vitamins and nutrient values and, also used as a salad.It is very easy to make and very spicy. Cabbage is multilayer vegetable and usually made in winter.However it grown in summer. Ingredients are: Onion, Tomato,Green Chilli,Ginger,Garlic paste and Kasoori methi. Use 5-6 tablespoon oil and after this add all the ingredients cook for at-least 15 minutes.After this all the masala like salat, red chilli powder, Turmeric powder and garam masala and then add 2 cup hot water.Cook for 10 minutes and add cabbage and Peas, cook attest half an our.Garnish with coriander leaves and served with chapati.
