Cheese bhurji

Cheese bhurji means cheese scrabbles.This bhurji is very famous North Indian breakfast which can be eaten with chapati, and stuffed inside the breads.whole dish is sautéed with onion, tomatoes, ginger and garlic paste.You can all multicolor bell pepper, but it is optional.you need all the masalas like garam masala, coriander powder, zeera powder, turmeric powder, salt and red chilli flakes.

You can all 4-5 tablespoon whipping cream just to mix the cheese well and make the taste better.But this is also optional.It is very quick recipe and you need 15-20 minutes to make this.

Indian Tandoori chicken

Classic tandoori chicken is a perfect weeknight meal in Indian dish which is too spicy. Chicken legs are marinated in lemon juice, yogurt and garam masala. cook chicken on grill until no longer pink and juice.It is very healthy and delicious recipe.this dish is vey popular in Indian restaurants.

Ingredients:2 pounds chicken, I teaspoon salt, lemon juice, yogurt 1 cup, garlic and ginger paste, garam masala, chicken masala and chopped onion.

Garlic pasta

The easiest and creamiest pasta is very quick recipe. You need one cup of milk and garlic paste and unsalted butter and cheese.Melt butter in a medium size pan at medium heat, add garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes.Then add boiled pasta and cheese and mix it well.if the mixture is too thick add more milk until desired consistency is reached and cook unto 20 minutes.Served immediately and garnish with parsley if you like.

Saute bell pepper

Garlic and herb bell peppers are easy to prepare and can be served as ab appetizer.it is very healthy and spicy peppers recipe which is very easy to prepare.Remove seeds and ribs from peppers and cut into strips.Heat oil in a large nonstick pan in a medium heat.Then add multicolour bell pepper and chopped onion.season it with salt and pepper and cook for at least 15 minutes.You can eat it at the dinner time.

Aloo Tiki&bread pakora

Aloo tiki is very famous spicy dish in India.People like to aloo tiki in the evening when they go outside from their home to taste something special.This is usually served in special occasion in India like Holiday and on many wedding ceremonies.It is very easy to make at home.you need boiled potatoes, fresh coriander, cumin, rice flour, chopped onion, green pepper, spinich,capsicum to make the balls and then fry it in the olive oil.

Before serving garnish it with chopped cabbage, onion, yogurt and sprinkle chat masala.

Bread pakoda is a popular breakfast, tea time snack and famous street food of India.you can make bread pakoda with 2 ways.fist one is dipped bread piece in the chickpeas flour paste and fry it.

Second way use stuffed bread using boiled potato mixture and then fried it.

Curry pakora

Curry pakora is very famous traditional recipe in the Indian states.It is very spicy andttasty.Every state and region has own ways to make dahi(yogurt)curry..Punjabi curry is thicker and creamier.Curry pakora is perfect fall and winter kind of meal.You can served curry with chapati and jeera rice according to your choice.A thick and soupy base made with gram flour and yogurt.It is very simple and easy process to make curry by using quick ingredients which I thinks have at every house pantry.

Pakora can be made using chopping cauliflower, spinach and mixed it well with yogurt and gram flour, then fried after making small balls.

Ingredients are:Gram flour, yogurt, 1 chopping onion, potato, tomato, ginger and garlic paste and all masalas.

Enchiladas

Enchiladas is my favourite Mexican food.its is made with my favourite easy homemade enchiladas sauce, and makes a big batch that is perfect for party.It is cheesy, it’s spicy, it’s sinfully delicious.I love to made Mexican food at home.It is very easy to make and healthy food which require ingredients that are common and easy to find at the pantry.This cheesy layered chicken enchilada is a real life dinnertime wonder: just chicken, beans, sauce, cheese and tortillas.I loved to serve it with chickpea paste and rice.

Nacho

Nacho is a dish from northern maxico that consist of tortilla chips, onion, corn, olive, multicolour pepper, or totopos covered with melted cheese.Nacho’s have its all proteins, carbs and veggies.nacho always make a great appetizer.Homemade nachos are an excellent weeknight meal.it is very quick to make with flexible ingredients.I like to pair it with some sour cream, salsa, guacamole and refried beans on the side.

Poha

Poha is an Indian dish prepared in the Indian states of Maharashtra, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Rajasthan.It is an integral part of Odia cuisine.It is a quick breakfast &snack made with beaten rice, spices ,peanuts and onions. INGREDIENTS:

2 cup poha, 1 medium onion,1 tomato,3to 4 green chilli, coriander leaves, curry leaves,2 table spoon mustard oil, copped carrot, and green chickpeas.

Cabbage Peas

This is a green vegetable which is usually mede at home and served with chapati.It contains lot of vitamins and nutrient values and, also used as a salad.It is very easy to make and very spicy. Cabbage is multilayer vegetable and usually made in winter.However it grown in summer. Ingredients are: Onion, Tomato,Green Chilli,Ginger,Garlic paste and Kasoori methi. Use 5-6 tablespoon oil and after this add all the ingredients cook for at-least 15 minutes.After this all the masala like salat, red chilli powder, Turmeric powder and garam masala and then add 2 cup hot water.Cook for 10 minutes and add cabbage and Peas, cook attest half an our.Garnish with coriander leaves and served with chapati.
